I have finally decided to re-launch “Salman Ahsan” as a brand. Previously it was named Salman Ahsan dot Com. If you are on my facebook page then you should have noticed that the name has changed. I appreciate that facebook support was pretty quick in taking action. Usually, you cannot change your page name on facebook once you reach over 200 fans. However, facebook considered my case and let me change it and they also said that it was the final time I could do it. Well, I don’t think ill change my name in the future so it should be just fine 
There are several reasons for this re-launch and ill spill the beans in a moment.
Re-Launching Salman Ahsan
Firstly, I consider Salman Ahsan as a brand which should be recognized for empowering people to discover their passion, live on their own terms and be financially independent. I created this blog to share my experience with the world so we can all learn from my failures and successes. I don’t think I have achieved more than 5% of my mission; and I believe that my blogs should have more awesome informational posts which deliver value.
The reason I am saying this is because, when I look back and check out some of the old posts on this blog, I laugh at myself for being so naive or I rather say newbie. I was such a noob and if you look at some of the posts from 2009-2010, you will notice a lot of posts that only talk about other famous internet personals such as Shoemoney, johnchow and how they make money and how you can follow them and be rich bla bla. There are also several commercial posts where you can find bunch of B/S and an affiliate link at the end which ironically never made me any money.
My friends, the journey has been amazing so far and I have learned so much. I have grown, my mind has evolved and it feels good. I feel that another journey has just begun and there is much to do.
I hope whatever you discover on this blog here after will help you to get a little closer to your goals.
The second reason would be SEO. Majority of my previous blog posts (made in the newbie era) have been seriously affected by the latest Google algorithm and if you Google “Salman Ahsan”, this blog won’t show up in #1 spot as of today 
which is really not cool. It’s not that difficult to get a top level exact match domain name on the 1st spot but in order to achieve that, you at least need some good backlinks and quality penguin/panda proof content. You can follow me on this journey and see how I make things right. This will be fun and I bet both of us will experience awesomeness.
The third reason is- being more personal. I have always treated blogs as a medium to express my opinion and broadcast myself to the world. However, I feel that I haven’t been “100% ME” in several of my blog posts where I simply try to write up stuff and maybe promote products just to make a few bucks. I believe it is completely wrong and it has to change. This is my blog and everything I say here has to reflect my personality and attitude. I wasn’t being fake my friends. As I mentioned earlier, we all live and learn. When I just started out, I had no proper vision or goal but passion. I was learning and experiencing things on the way. I failed immensely and got success in a few. I have learned to expect failure and get motivated to turn it into success.
Today, I have a vision, a proper goal and definitely passion and I hope I can leverage all these to make a positive impact in our internet society. I want to learn through teaching and my ultimate mission is to empower others, make them successful so they can multiply and help others in the chain. Kind of elite network marketing
So at the bottom line, I would like to thank everyone who has followed me on my journey so far. I would like to thank you all for taking the time to read all my previous B/S promotional posts (I promise it will change). I would also like to thank everyone for reading this post and still believing in me and my mission I will not disappoint you and I guarantee you will see awesomeness in the upcoming days.
