“South Park” Facebook Episode Shows Us The Influence of This Giant Social Networking Site on Our Youth

South Park is one of my favorite shows. The latest episode of South Park airs every Wednesday night at 10pm EST on comedy central.

For those who have no idea about South Park (you can’t be serious?); it is an American, Emmy Award-winning animated television comedy series about four fourth-grade school boys who live in the small town of South Park, Colorado. This amazing series was created & is written by Trey Parker & Matt Stone, & has been distributed & aired by Comedy Central since 1997. It is well-known for its handling of current events & its pop-culture parody. The South Park cartoon is still seen as a popular show.

Although, being totally insane and hilarious, the show always portrays a strong message and has its own ways of handling current events. Last Wednesday, Facebook finally got the South Park treatment. The characters did a fantastic and hilarious job in taking this social networking giant to the next level 

The episode which was aired on the 7^th of April, titled “You Have 0 Friends,” clearly showed how obsessive Facebook can be.

I have always wanted to talk about the influence of Facebook on our youth but thanks to Stan, Cartman & Kyle for making my work easier.

The South Park team has done a great job in enlightening us on the facts of Facebook
