Recently,  Jeremy Shoemoney Schoemaker went live and those who missed this chat with Shoe can check out his recorded video at Q and A with Shoemoney .

I was in the room for only 10 minutes since I had to leave for an important class. I was amazed to check out his recorded video, it is an hour long where he personally answers several questions posed by the audience. I know that adsense is back dated and there are much better alternatives but all I am saying is that I gave it a try and I realized that there are many ways one can make money from adsense. I didn’t do much with it and within just 3 days I got $3 in my account. Well don’t laugh, it is not funny. It is simply hard work and you get to learn so much from your experience.

Some tips to make the best out of adsense:

Traffic: The more traffic you bring in, the better chances for getting good number of clicks on ads which will make you decent money.

High paying ads: Research on the high paying keywords and publish blog posts that are relevant. So, you get more money for a single click on those particular ads.

Relevant Ads: Google automatically displays relevant ads to your blog content. This enables people to click on the ads for more information.

Positioning and design: Though Google seriously consider misleading ads, you always have the right to choose the position and color format of your ads. Design the ads in such a way that they flow with the color theme of the blog.

It is very important that you follow all the rules defined by Google adsense program to be on the safe side. Never try to indulge in any fraud activity like clicking on your own ads.

Now let’s talk about the latest. There are lots of alternatives that have become popular in a short time.

Last but not the least, all I wanted to say is that it is not difficult to make money online but still only a handful of people make it to the top. You need to work on your stuff, learn from experience, ask questions and collaborate with other like-minded people. This will bring you success sooner or later.

If you try to make six figures from adsense like shoemoney, I doubt you can do it although, it’s not impossible. As I said earlier, you learn from your experience and things like these are worth a try. Look out for the alternatives; they can be of great advantage if used in the proper way. Sponsored tweets is the hottest twitter money making platform. Couple of weeks ago, a new twitter advertising platform launched called ad.ly. It is quite new but seems very promising. I havent done much with sponsored tweets yet so kept this aside for a while.

Ad.ly, a tech company that matches top tier brands with top tier Twitter publishers. ad.ly has some pretty large celebrities on board such as Dr Drew, Chamillionaire, Tony Hawk, Pee Wee Herman. You can still pull it off if you have around 80k followers . I know its big but not impossible; Shoemoney was offered a campaign from NBC about one of their upcoming shows and got around $300 for a tweet, now that is not a bad deal. Even if you have a small amount of followers but if they are your targetted followers, this is definitely your thing. 

Ad.ly is not just a typical twitter advertising platform. They have options for multiple tweets and also scheduled tweets. This is a great advantage since the advertiser gets the best possible performance.

What makes them stand out from the rest is that they welcome feedbacks and are willing to adapt to new things that are in demand. Ad.ly is big and I believe they will grow bigger. I am planning to give them a shot as soon as i deal with sponsored tweets. Overall, both are really sweet twitter ad platforms and awesome twitter money makers!
