Sponsored tweets is the hottest twitter money making platform. Couple of weeks ago, a new twitter advertising platform launched called ad.ly. It is quite new but seems very promising. I havent done much with sponsored tweets yet so kept this aside for a while.

Ad.ly, a tech company that matches top tier brands with top tier Twitter publishers. ad.ly has some pretty large celebrities on board such as Dr Drew, Chamillionaire, Tony Hawk, Pee Wee Herman. You can still pull it off if you have around 80k followers . I know its big but not impossible; Shoemoney was offered a campaign from NBC about one of their upcoming shows and got around $300 for a tweet, now that is not a bad deal. Even if you have a small amount of followers but if they are your targetted followers, this is definitely your thing. 

Ad.ly is not just a typical twitter advertising platform. They have options for multiple tweets and also scheduled tweets. This is a great advantage since the advertiser gets the best possible performance.

What makes them stand out from the rest is that they welcome feedbacks and are willing to adapt to new things that are in demand. Ad.ly is big and I believe they will grow bigger. I am planning to give them a shot as soon as i deal with sponsored tweets. Overall, both are really sweet twitter ad platforms and awesome twitter money makers!
